How do I make changes to my questionnaire?

On our end, the questionnaire is 'locked' once you've entered your information, agreed to our Acknowledgement of Engagement and submitted the questionnaire. This is done intentionally, as it allows your accountant to dive in head first on your taxes. 

If you need to make changes, we need to let your accountant know (as small changes can have big impacts on your return!).

Please contact Customer Support to re-open your questionnaire so you can make changes.
